About us
I have been around galleries and picture framing from a young age, my Father started a print and framing business in 1984 and I joined the business and started framing full time in 1994, learning from a master bespoke picture framer; Norman Ledson. I was later employed by two galleries, and in 2001 I studied for a City and Guilds in gilding and frame restoration at the London School of Picture and Frame Restoration, before going self employed in 2002. I started from a small workshop in Broadway, my client base grew very quickly by recommendation and my work load increased greatly over the first few years. Eventually, In 2005, I took on a full time member of staff; Ian Hawkins, to help with the ever growing work load. Ian studied art and graphic design and has already proven himself to be a talented picture framer. In 2006 I moved to a larger workshop at Weston-sub-Edge, near Evesham, Worcestershire.

I am committed to providing excellence in all the work we produce, with great attention paid to the quality of finish and standards of service, that comes from a genuine interest for the craft of framing and the art work framed. One of the best parts of the job is the varied art and paintings that I get to see and frame. I enjoy working closely with artists, galleries and the public, to hopefully offer them the best possible service.

The future is looking very good, with considerable plans for expansion and development over the coming years, while still maintaining a close working relationship with clients. I am planning to move into a new purpose built workshop in 2010.
